Really pleased with the level of service I received today. I was really worried when I had lost my spare key. I panicked contacted the dealers who quoted me over £500 for a spare key card for my car. I was in shock. I always call to Waites in Conisbrough every Monday morning and I noticed in the carpark was a key cutting shop Mr Keys. And they were advertising car keys. I enquired about my key card and explained my situation and within 15mins I had a a new spare key coded and they even wiped my old one that I had lost off the system as I think I lost it nearby. The price was fantastic and allot cheaper than the dealers and they were very knowledgeable and understanding and took care with my car. Thankyou everyone at Mr Keys

My Dacia keys decided they didn't want to work, they said they could do me a new set. I went into waites for a few bits and when I came back it was done. New set of keys and they fixed my old one. Very quick friendly service and reasonably priced too.

Went to have two keys cut today, the man informed me that he wasn’t sure how to use the machine needed but a lady was turning up in 30 minutes and she knew how to use it. So he said it would take 40-50 minutes all together. I had gotten there at 12:15, went into waites for some shopping then waited the rest of the time in my car. I went back in at 1:30 to see if the keys were nearly done, the lady then said to come back at 3:30. Bearing in mind it isn’t down the road from where I live so had to drive back home just to go back 2 hours later. Still did it even though I’d been waiting outside for ages. Came back at 3:30 and she then decided to tell me she didn’t know how to use the machine either and that I could come back another day when the manager was in. Was just annoying that they couldn’t just tell me they didn’t know how to use the machine so I didn’t waste half my day running around for them.
Just bad communication and customer service as had been messed around all day

Brilliant service! Had 2 keys cut, 1 new battery fitted for the car fob. All done within 5 minutes, excellent quality all fully operational and excellent customer service will defo be back in the future. Also the cheapest around!
